Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We ship nationwide within South Africa via courier service.

- Other provinces: 3-5 business days

Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
In-Clinic Services Please note that body contouring packages, IV drips, facials, and other in-clinic treatments are not shipped. These services are provided at our clinic location and require you physically going to one of our clinics in Tzaneen and Namakgale.
